Mystic ($12.99/month) and Oracle ($79/year) subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and interval until you cancel. We'll charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.
Open your reading journal and select "Manage subscription" to reach your self-service billing portal, where you can cancel at any time. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period; you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Because access is granted immediately, we generally don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it.
The Sealed Reading is a single purchase, not a subscription, and nothing recurs. Your cards are drawn and recorded before you pay; the written reading and its report are prepared and sent about six hours later. Cancel any time before it is sent and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Once it has been sent, the reading has been supplied and made permanently available to you, so it isn't generally refundable — but if the reading doesn't address the question you actually asked, write to us and we'll either write it again or refund you, whichever you'd prefer.
If we change subscription pricing, we'll notify active subscribers in advance. Continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
