These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Midnight Oracle website and application (the "Service"), operated by FunnelStrategist LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Midnight Oracle generates AI-interpreted tarot readings for entertainment and self-reflection. Readings are generated by an AI system and do not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. See our Disclaimer below.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. To purchase a subscription you must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction (typically 18), or have a parent or guardian do so on your behalf.
Your first reading is free. Paid plans ("Mystic," billed monthly, and "Oracle," billed annually) grant unlimited readings and additional spreads. Subscriptions automatically renew at the price and interval shown at signup until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We may change subscription prices with advance notice — continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel anytime via "Manage subscription" in your account, which opens a self-service billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no scraping, reverse-engineering, reselling readings, or using the Service to harass or harm others.
Tarot card artwork is drawn from the public-domain Rider–Waite–Smith deck. The Midnight Oracle name, branding, and app design are owned by FunnelStrategist LLC.
The Service is provided "as is" for entertainment and reflection purposes only. AI-generated readings may be inaccurate or incomplete and should never replace professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunnelStrategist LLC is not liable for decisions made based on a reading.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
